**Position Overview:**



We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Co-Founder to join us in building and scaling our kindergarten from the ground up. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the institution, overseeing its development, and sharing in the profits generated.



**Responsibilities:**



- Collaborate with the founding team to develop the concept and curriculum for the kindergarten.

- Lead the establishment and setup of the kindergarten, including securing necessary permits and licenses.

- Recruit and train staff members, ensuring they are aligned with the institution's mission and values.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students and engage with parents.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the kindergarten.

- Monitor financial performance and make strategic decisions to drive profitability.



**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in setting up and managing educational institutions, preferably kindergartens or schools.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
