Sales Agent (Real Estate):
A reputed Real Estate Company based in Manama is seeking to urgently recruit a ''Sales Agent''
Key Responsibilities:
• Organizing sales visits
• Property/ New projects marketing.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business.
• Maintaining accurate sales records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings and representing organization
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• To achieve monthly or annual targets.
• Evaluate advertising and promotional programs to ensure they match with company PR goals.
Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
• Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information of properties.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence
