Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in the signage manufacturing industry. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various signage projects, including large-format applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate brand messages through visual elements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives for signage projects.
Create visually impactful designs for various types of signage, including indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, trade show displays, and banners.
Develop and execute design concepts, layouts, and artwork that effectively convey the brand identity and messaging.
Incorporate brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all signage designs.
Utilize industry-specific software and tools to create high-quality designs suitable for large-format printing and fabrication.
Work closely with the production team to provide accurate and detailed design specifications for manufacturing processes.
Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and production techniques to stay updated with the latest advancements in signage design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project status effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure successful execution of signage projects.
Review and provide feedback on proofs and prototypes, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired design outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer in the signage manufacturing industry or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of signage design projects, including large-format applications.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
Knowledge of signage manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
Familiarity with large-format printing requirements and file preparation for print.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work within specified deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
