Candidate is expected to

Lead a team of sales people
Train and motivate the team
Prepare annual sales plans
Achieve sales targets
Tatics of procurement process
Sales promotions and sales campaigns
Prepare KPIs

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 7 yers experience in FMCG
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
