Description

A well reputed company is looking for an Office automation manager who is responsible to lead various divisions. Must have experience in IT.

Responsible for

1. In charge or running a smooth, efficient and profitable operations of the Office Automation Division comprising – OAD Sales Dept., Services Center, IT Dept. and Copy Centre.
2. Responsible for presentation of budgets, sales forecast, market studies and business plan, including advertising, promotional campaign… etc. for the Division by the end of January each year and as and when required by the president.
3. Responsible for fully implementing the approved business plan and conduct all necessary promotional and marketing campaigns to achieve the company goals.
4. Increase sales and market share of all product lines, submit recommendation for orders and ensure healthy stock levels.
5. Negotiate with Principals / Suppliers for best rates to ensure maximum profitability and favorable payment and delivery terms.
6. Expansion and Development of the present business and ongoing new horizons for the company.
7. Attend exhibitions, fairs and represent the company in meeting with suppliers as deemed necessary, after obtaining approval from the President.
8. Train, develop and follow- up with the sales Executive to cover all potential clients to ensure continuation of professional and consistent services / contract with the client.
9. Strict compliance with all the company policies and procedures.
10. In charge of preparing orders for the Division products, ensuring healthy stock levels upon obtaining the approval of the President.
11. Prepare all necessary quotation and tenders and ensure timely submission, after obtaining the approval of the President.
12. To manage the staff of the Division – Sales, Service Centre, It Dept. and Copy Centre and ensure that they reflect the best company image at all times.
13. Attend to any other assignments given by the President within the scope of the company’s activities.
