Software/Trading company is looking for an all-round accountant to join immediately.

Your Main Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting data entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to Finance manager.
• Preparation of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, other financial records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
• Sends statement of account to clients with past due accounts
• Handles petty cash.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, financial audits, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Stay updated changes in accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and improve financial processes.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Ability to close books of accounts at year-end (Finalization).
• 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software ERP(SAP/Tally) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Experienced with VAT procedures in Bahrain with knowledge of extracting data, and monthly Tax filing.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to Communicate in English both written and spoken (Required)
