Real Estate Agent
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate market and possess strong communication skills in English, with Arabic language proficiency being an advantage.
The successful candidate should have their own car, with a valid visa and valid RERA license.
Responsibilities:
– Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the real estate transaction process
– Generate leads and build a network of potential clients through various marketing and networking activities
– Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and facilitate the closing of sales or rental agreements
– Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and reliable information to clients
Requirements: – Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate market
– Proficiency in English Arabic language skills are an advantage
– Own car preferred
– Valid visa for employment
– RERA license
– Comfortable working on a commission basis
– Mobile phone and allowance provided
– Open to candidates of any nationality

Package:
Salary plus commission plus car fuel plus work visa
