Greetings from Precia Arabia. We are opening our Fashion Jewelry retail store in Dana Mall, Bahrain. We are building up a Fashion Jewelry Brand with the vision of expanding store in other parts of Bahrain and to other Gulf Countries. We are looking to add a motivated and youthful Sales Associate to our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are are hard-working and are looking for an opportunity to build their career in Sales. The candidates joining our team would be among the first to be part of our team and this gives them the immense possibility of building their own career in our company as we build our brand.

Total Salary Offered for this Position is 300 to 350 BD depending on Experience

Expected qualifications for the candidate: –
Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to style customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multiple Language Proficiency
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is desired
Candidates with prior experience in Jewelry Retails store would be an added advantage
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Among the duties are the following: -
Professionally and amiably greet and interact with clients
Help customers select the appropriate products and offer tailored advice.
Maintain product knowledge and keep abreast of fashion trends
Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
Use the ERP system to process transactions accurately and quickly
Organize displays and restock merchandise as needed to ensure that visual merchandising standards are fulfilled
Refunds, complaints, and consumer concerns should all be handled promptly and efficiently.
Reach personal sales objectives and support the store's overarching objectives.
Work together as a team to achieve outstanding client satisfaction.
Forecast the stocks requirement and ensure enough stocks are maintained at store.
Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store
