Job Description: We are seeking individuals with expertise in installing and configuring smart home appliances on a flexi basis. As a Smart Home Appliances Installation and Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up various smart home devices for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Install and configure smart home appliances including thermostats, security cameras, door locks, lighting systems, and entertainment devices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
• Ensure installations are completed efficiently and according to industry standards.
• Provide basic training to clients on how to operate and manage their smart home devices.
• Offer troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in installing and configuring smart home appliances is preferred.
• Familiarity with various smart home technologies and protocols.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Own tools and transportation for on-site installations (if applicable).
• Availability to work flexible hours based on project requirements.
