JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acknowledging and performing the Job Order
Draw or sketch a layout plan when/and taking site actual measurements as per required by the admin.
Meeting with the client in highly professional manner.
Prepare Bill of Quantities with Direct Cost Estimate as per the requirements given by the client
Supervise the projects through to completion:
-Conducting site inspections prior to the start of the job.
-Scheduling and assign staff to each site projects.
-Resolving site problems and informing admin for implementing change orders.
-Assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace.
-Monitoring and auditing materials for each site projects.
-Managing and instructing the site workers.
-Managing and dealing with the site staff requests and other necessities.
