A leading travel agency in Bahrain representing an Airline GSA is recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in the travel industry and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our Company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our airline's products and services to individual and corporate customers.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the booking process and beyond.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
• Manage group bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Maintain relationships with travel suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions for group bookings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the airline industry or related field.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
