Job Summary: As an Interior Fitout Draftsman at Watercolor Interiors Bahrain, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and plans for interior fitout projects. You will work closely with the design and project teams to create accurate and comprehensive drawings that adhere to the company's standards and meet the client's requirements. Your role will contribute to the successful execution of interior fitout projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
2. Collaborate with the design team to interpret and translate conceptual design ideas into practical and functional construction drawings.
3. Produce detailed joinery drawings, indicating dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications, considering the functionality, aesthetics, and structural requirements.
4. Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, design changes, or project requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5. Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess site conditions, incorporating this information into the drawings.
6. Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project specifications for reference and record-keeping purposes.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Interior Fitout Draftsman or a similar role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
3. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles, building codes, and regulations.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating detailed drawings and specifications.
6. Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into practical construction drawings.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
8. Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Familiarity with local construction practices and materials in Bahrain is a plus.
10. Willingness to conduct site visits and work on-site as required.
