We are looking for a skilled "Restaurant Manager" to join our team on international cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant , .

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in international cuisine preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to create and execute menu plans that reflect the restaurant's cuisine and brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
