General manager - Trading & Manufacturing Division

Qualification:

Graduate/PG : Graduate in Business Administration or Equivalent. PG-MBA is a plus.
Must have over all Experience of 15 years with a Minimum 5 years Managerial experience in a
Must have Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS office to prepare Reports, Documentations , Presentations & other Correspondences.
Must be Impeccably skilled and organized.
Candidates Must have with Driving license
Job Responsibilities:


Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Monitor day-to-day operations efficiently and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
Manage Budgets, Financial planning, and cost control.
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and managing staff.
Designs and implements Policies by establishing standards and procedures
Guide and empower team to help reach targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Recommend new product lines to meet new opportunities
Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing updates on company performance and progress.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Must be familiar with the industry in which business operates.
Ability to drive business growth and improve overall performance.
Experience in navigating and resolving complex challenges & Strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in the business environment.
