Urgent requirements for Bahrain for a leading contracting company;

#HVAC Tendering Coordinator & Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Supporting Tendering Engineers in providing,

1) Quantity Take Off from Hard Copy & Soft Copy AutoCAD Drawings.
2) Prepare SLDs / Preliminary Drawings in AutoCAD.
3) Preparation of Bill of Quantities for RFQ.
4) Forwarding RFQ to Supplier/Vendors.
5) Follow up for Quotes.
6) Preparing Price comparisons.
7) Cooling Load Estimates using HAP/Excel Software
8) HVAC Equipment selections using Principal Manufacture Software’s.

Desirable:
1) Conversant with relevant HVAC Equipment, Materials & Standards, HVAC Drawings Standards Details, Notes & Abbreviations.
2) Conversant with Chilled Water/DX AirConditioning & Ventilation Systems.
3) Experience in HVAC Projects.

Essential:
- Engineering /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 Years of GCC experience in HVAC project tendering is a must.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit MEP would be an added advantage.
- Reading and understanding of HVAC Drawings.

Salary Details: Basic Salary would be 400 - 600, other benefits include Accommodation/Allowance + Transport + Phone + 2 Year Contract + Air ticket + Private Medical Insurance.
