A Well reputed company is looking for a Product supervisor with minimum 5-6 years of experience


Competences :

- 5-6 years’ experience in panel board manufacturing from Sheet metal fabrication, Bus-bar assembly, Electrical Wiring, Testing and should also capable to bring maximum productivity from all sections.
- Diploma in Degree?
- Computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.


Responsibilities :

- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements


Salary : BD. 200 - 350


Experience : 5-6 years of experience is must
