We are looking for an IT Executive-Helpdesk for our corporate company .

Responsibilities:


Resolve system problems and applications software programs .
Manage and Handle Social Media Accounts.
Manage and Attend Ticketing managements and assign Roles .
Resolve Basic IT issues and network related problems .

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be fluent in English
-Effective communication and teamwork skills.
-The candidate should have Good IT Knowledge and skills .
