We are hiring for the below job Vacancy for a 4 star hotel.
Preferabbly with experience and can join Immediately.

SALES EXECUTIVE
maximum 2-3 years experience as sales in hospitality field.
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service while supporting colleagues
* Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service with a high degree of integrity and professionalism while providing active support to our leading firm’s sales increase.
* Coordinate and handle multiple responsibilities and assignments in a demanding environment in order to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
* Prepare and process proposals, contracts and business travel requests as required
* Update and maintain all client contact databases on an ongoing basis
* Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
* Log client interaction activities as requested
* Participate in and take minutes for all department meetings and to be immediately implement sales supportive actions.
* Participate in hotel committees
* Any other administrative duties as assigned.
* Set the strategies along with the DOS and implementing sales activities in order to drive business from main feeder markets in GCC (leisure and corporate) and achieve the financial goal.
* Effectively manage and develop the respective accounts and achieve the set revenue targets of managed accounts.
* Contributing to overall Sales strategy of our leading hospitality firm.
* Monitoring market trends, collecting and sharing market intelligence with the team and the management.
* Supporting and communicating our restaurant and brands as leading.
* Source new partners in the GCC market to increase market share.

Qualifications:

* At least Two years’ experience working in a hotel; and/or other sales related experience will be considered
* Strong Corporate Customer back up data and relationship required.
* Strong work ethic and the ability to work extended hours when required and work under pressure.
* Strong time management skills
* Proven ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast paced environment
* Proven ability to work cohesively as part of a team in a multi cultural environment
* Proven ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
* Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera Sales & Catering, and ability to understand and interpret financial data
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

ADMIN ASSISTANT
maximum 2-3 years experience with grapics background
