**Position: Personal Secretary**

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Communication Management:**
- Handle all communication on behalf of the entrepreneur, ensuring professionalism and timely responses.
- Engage with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders via various channels.

2. **Social Media & Internet Presence:**
- Create and post engaging ads on social media platforms and other online channels.
- Manage the entrepreneur's online image, ensuring a positive and dynamic presence.

3. **Meeting and Schedule Management:**
- Set up and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the entrepreneur to plan daily schedules, making efficient use of time.

4. **Task Reminders and Prioritization:**
- Remind the entrepreneur of upcoming tasks, deadlines, and important appointments.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks based on business goals and time sensitivity.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Handle various administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
