Looking for experienced juice makers

Job Summary:
The juice maker is responsible for prepping ingredients, operating juice presses, bottling and labeling juices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. They should have a strong knowledge of fruit and vegetable preparation, be able to follow recipes, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Prep fruits and vegetables, including cleaning, peeling, and cutting, to prepare them for juicing .
* Operate juice presses and other juicing equipment to extract juice from fruits and vegetables .
* Bottle and label fresh juices accurately and according to company standards .
* Package to-go meals and juices according to weights-and-measures standards .
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas .
* Prepare smoothies and other made-to-order foods according to company recipes .
* Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment where the customer comes first .
* Support front-of-house operations if needed
