Responsibilities:
1- Attend to customer needs, resolve customer complaints, and improve customer experience.
2- Assist our guests with their Dessert orders.
3- Prepare hot and cold drinks following guests' needs.
4- High quality customer service.
5-Follow health and safety guidelines;
6- Supervise other baristas

Requirements:
1- Experience as a barista for at least three years.
2- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
3- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends.
4- Strong attention to detail.
