We are looking for a BAHRAINI candidate who has experience in customer service to join our team immediately.

Job responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and provide good customer service
Create and manage a positive customer experience
Provide timely responses to customer feedback or inquiries
Attend to customers’ email and phone enquiries professionally and amicably
Liaise and coordinate between vendors Manage the after sales service
Generate invoices, quotations & other administerial works

Skills required:

Polite and can-do attitude
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Computer skills
At least 1 year experience in admin or customer service field preferably in the retail industry
