A leading Wood Factory in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Joinery Factory Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the production process in a woodworking factory, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to high quality standards. They lead and motivate a team of workers, manage production schedules, and troubleshoot any issues that arise..

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Oversee the daily operations of the woodworking factory, ensuring smooth production flow and
efficiency.
•Manage and motivate a team of woodworking machine operators, assemblers, and other production
workers.
•Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
•Train new employees on safety procedures, operating machinery, and proper woodworking techniques.
•Monitor production quality and conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
•Identify and troubleshoot production problems, taking corrective action to minimize downtime.
•Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and machine maintenance
schedules.
•Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
•Prepare and submit production reports to supervisors.
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in woodworking.
•Order and maintain supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment.
•Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
•Strong understanding of woodworking principles, machinery, and safety procedures.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
