Requirements for Chef de Partie 2 no.
Male
Proven experience in a professional bakery operation.
GCC experience is advantage
Proficiency with various cake decorating techniques, including icing, fondant and piping
Strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Focus on attention to detail, flavor and presentation.
Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements for Commi 2 no.

1 to 2 years proven experience in bakery.
Proficient in daily production of canapes, salty sandwich and cake decorating
Strong commitment to maintain quality standards.
