Description

Responsibilities:
 Plan and monitor the day to day work of all subcontractor including in-house workers etc. and reporting to the respective Project/ site In-charges/ Engineers and Construction Manager.
 Coordinating and supervising the Company Workers, sub-contractor workers and nominated contractor’s workers and reporting to the construction manager and site Engineer.
 Ensure the quality of workmanship of all activities on daily basis and reports the same to the reporting officers.
 Coordinating with store keepers and Engineers for required materials.
 Coordinating with site MEP team.
 Maintain the record of labours worked at site.
 Ensure all activities are executed as per the quality standards/ specification within specified cost and time.
 Determine labour requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
 Provide necessary feedback and guidance for safety at the Work Place.
 Carries out Ad-hoc duties at the request of Supervisor/ Manager.
Qualifications:
 Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related filed.
 10 plus years’ experience in construction and supervisory capacity.
 Ability to manage all people.
 Problem solving skills.
 Commercial awareness.
 Ability to motive others.
 Team working skills.
 Good knowledge on construction Techniques and Practice.
