Leading Concrete Reinforcement Manufacturer Seeks Experienced Civil Engineer

With over 40 years of experience, we are a leading provider of comprehensive concrete reinforcement solutions in Bahrain. From detailing and design to cutting, bending and a full range of standard and engineered products, we ensure that your construction needs are met. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute engineering plans and specifications for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Conduct structural analyses and designs for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
• Review and evaluate drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors and other teams to ensure projects are executed to specified standards.
• Manage and track project execution within the specified schedule and budget.
• Supervise construction works and ensure they meet engineering specifications.
• Prepare periodic technical reports and keep senior management informed of progress.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field, preferably with experience in concrete reinforcement.
• Strong understanding of Bahraini engineering regulations and guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and STAAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP system (preferred).
