Seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
2.Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade technology solutions.

5.Offer timely resolutions to IT-related problems and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

2.Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
