Duties and Responsibilities
1- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section
2- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes.
3- Assisting with the management of health and safety
4- Managing and training Chefs.

Requirement:
1- Knowledge and ability to run a section.
2- Ability to work without close supervision.
3- Ability to manage Commis Chefs.
4- Ability to produce good quality food in all sections Good oral communication.
5- Team management skills
6- High level of attention to detail
