Description

We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with good communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and providing support to the team, preparing lease agreements, preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and correspondence, managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. They should also be able to answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel, maintain and update the filing system, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
The candidate should be thorough, accurate, and honest, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
