Description

We are looking for Female Office Administrator & Assistant

Manage and ensure the day-to-day operations of the Office run effectively and efficiently.

To develop and implement effective systems of administration, finance and information record-keeping.

To provide relevant information to individuals and groups and to ensure that good standards are maintained in all communications with the staffs & Clients.

To ensure that all information is effectively recorded.

To perform the reasonable duties.

To be flexible in approach to work and undertake any other duties that may be required with the remit of the organization.

Managing daily accounting requirements and preparing monthly accounting reports.

Proper filing of all the necessary documents as per the procedure.

Candidate must have the computer knowledge (like Word, Excel and any accounting Software.)
Typing speed should be 40 wpm

Salary Will be 150 BD.
Location: Riffa Hajiyat (Near IBN E JAZRI MOSQUE)
