We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to join our established photography studio as our Studio Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a deep appreciation for photography and a proven track record of success in managing complex operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our studio, while fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment for our photographers and clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all studio operations: Develop and implement effective systems to manage scheduling, bookings, client communication, equipment maintenance, and team collaboration.
Cultivate exceptional client relationships: Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsiveness, professionalism, and exceeding expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives: Work with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies, generate leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Support photographers' workflow: Assist with pre-production planning, maintain equipment and studio space, and provide logistical support during shoots.
Problem-solve and adapt: Anticipate challenges, find creative solutions to unexpected situations, and maintain a calm and positive demeanor under pressure.
Champion the studio's vision: Lead by example, foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, and uphold the studio's brand identity in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, ideally within the creative or photography industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant studio management software.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Passion for photography and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
