Responsibilities:
Cultivate exceptional client relationships: Develop and implement strategies to manage client communication, exceed expectations throughout the project lifecycle, and nurture long-term loyalty.
Craft a compelling social media strategy: Define content pillars, optimize platform usage, and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
Become the voice of our brand: Craft compelling narratives, write polished captions, and curate stunning visuals that showcase our unique style and expertise.
Analyze and optimize: Utilize data insights to track performance, identify trends, and continuously refine your strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate seamlessly: Work closely with photographers to understand their vision and translate it into impactful social media content.
Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain a pulse on evolving social media trends, experiment with new features, and readily adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the creative or photography industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong written and verbal proficiency.
Proficiency in social media platforms and relevant analytics tools.
Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing online communities.
Passion for photography and a deep understanding of the industry.
