Duties and Responsibilities:

> Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
> Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
> Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
> Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
> Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials
> Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
> Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
> Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction
