Job Description: Experienced Chief Accountant (5+ Years)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our organization.
As a Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, extensive knowledge of financial regulations, and proven experience in a leadership role.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in F & B and trade business, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations.
4. Proficient in financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
5. Previous experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide valuable insights.
7. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with tally ERP software.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
10. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
