Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the service industry. Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor services accordingly.
Business Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market presence.
Client Acquisition:
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking and outreach activities.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Pipeline Management:
• Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to forecast sales and set performance goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to promote customer retention and loyalty.
• Gather feedback and address client concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product/service development.
Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role in the service industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the service industry in Bahrain is a plus.
