Administrative Secretary Requirements
1- Report to management and perform secretarial duties.
2- Type, edit and format reports and documents.
3- File documents, as well as enter data and maintain databases.
4- Liaise with internal departments and communicate with the public.
5- Direct internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
6- Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

Administrative Secretary Qualifications
1- Two years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
2- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
3- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
4- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
