Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineering located in Manama, with flexibility for some remote work. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and inspecting structural components of buildings, bridges, and other structures. They will coordinate with architects and construction teams to ensure structural design is aligned with the overall project goals and specifications. The Structural Engineer will also prepare drawings, blueprints, and specifications for the project and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience in structural design and analysis software (e.g. AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, Revit, Tekla Structures, etc.)
Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of building codes and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with different teams
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Professional engineering license is preferred
