Looking for a Joinery or Carpentry Supervisor with 3 years of experience

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a carpenter foreman in Bahrain or GCC
Strong knowledge of carpentry skills and techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Preferred English and Hindi proficiency
Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Inspect, Assign, and Supervise carpentry works at the site or workshop
interpret instruction, plan, and drawings to the carpenter
Quality check / Inspection for works / Problem-solving
Coordination from production to site installation.
Ensuring the safe operation of all machinery and equipment
Ordering and maintaining supplies
Site survey / Taking actual measurements for production adjustments
