Responsibilities

Greet customers and take their drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare a wide variety of beverages according to customer preferences and specifications
Create and develop new drinks
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning of glasses, utensils, and equipment
Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and to their satisfaction
Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced and high-volume establishment
Extensive knowledge of different types of drinks, cocktails, and mixing techniques
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive and calm demeanor during busy periods
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations with diplomacy
