Job Overview:
HIGHBASE TRADING W.L.L is in the process of revolutionizing B2B e-commerce. We are developing an e-marketplace aimed at facilitating the transition of businesses to e-commerce. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to play a crucial role in the success of this project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive back-end system support, including processing orders, overseeing receipt follow-ups, and managing product data lists for updates and uploads.
- Deliver exceptional customer support, aiding users in their transition to e-commerce and enhancing their user experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new electronic systems.
- Skilled in organizing and planning the processes of order preparation and delivery.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, particularly in handling large data sets and utilizing pivot tables for data organization.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
