Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wrapping Installer to join our expanding team. The wrapping installer will be responsible for applying wraps to various surfaces, using a variety of materials, including vinyl and other adhesive films. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic installation, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate proficiency in using the necessary tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for wrapping by cleaning, degreasing and ensuring a smooth and dust-free application area.

Material Cutting: Measure and cut wrapping materials, such as vinyl, to fit the designated surface, ensuring precision and accuracy.

Application: Apply wraps to walls, cabinets or other surfaces, follows design specifications and ensuring a seamless and visually appealing result.

Tool operation: Utilize various tools and equipment, including heat guns, cutting tools and application squeegees to achieve a professional and durable finish.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure adherence to design specifications, color consistency and overall quality standards.

Communication: Collaborate with clients, project managers and other team members t understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.

Problem solving: Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to ensure project success.

Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a secure work environment for oneself and team members.

Qualifications:

Experience: proven experience as a Wrapping Installer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful installations.

Skills: Proficient in using wrapping tools and equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision. Familiarity with various wrapping techniques and materials is essential.

Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients and project managers.

Problem solving: Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during the installation process.

Flexibility: Adaptability to work on a variety of projects and surfaces.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in graphic installation and wrapping techniques is a plus.

Physical requirements: The role may require the ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
