IT Developer

Our growing company is looking for an experienced IT Developer to join our team. As our primary Odoo developer and technologist, you will:

- Manage all aspects of our Odoo implementation including customization, configuration, troubleshooting and upgrades. You should have 3+ years of experience developing and customizing Odoo.
- Develop and maintain our company website and internal tools.
- Provide technical supports for all employee computer issues, hardware, software, networking, and devices. Configure, install, monitor, and maintain our network.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to recommend improvements and optimize our systems. Work closely with management to plan IT strategies and projects.
- Perform daily administration of our website and Odoo instance including user management, access controls, and database maintenance. Track and document all work in our ticketing system.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Odoo Developer certification or demonstrated proficiency and overall knowledge in the application.
- Web Developer certification or demonstrated proficiency and overall knowledge.
- Experience maintaining technology in work environment, networks and supporting end users.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and work independently.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills.
