Job Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile construction project budget
Review invoices and subcontractor agreements for accuracy
Process payments to vendors and subcontractors
Prepare journal entries and monthend close reports
Monitor cash flow and forecast future needs
Assist with audits of construction projects

Objectives
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for construction projects
Analyze construction costs and track project expenditures
Forecast construction revenue and expenses
Identify cost saving opportunities for construction projects
Provide financial reporting and analysis to construction managers
Assist with the development of bids and proposals for new construction projects
Monitor compliance with government regulations related to construction finance

Skills & Qualifications Needed
A construction accountant must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. They must be able to read and interpret financial statements, have strong analytical and mathematical skills, and be detailoriented. They should also have experience working with construction software programs.

Qualifications:- BCom/ MCom with a minimum Bahrain work experience of years
