Vacancy: FABRICATION WORKSHOP INCHARGE
Gender: MALE
Requirement: 1 only must be in Bahrain/ immediate joining
Salary: From BD 400/- (negotiable)

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- minimum 3+ years experience in a management role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- must be well versed in AutoCAD, 3D/2D design and drawing

Skills:
- Fabrication technologies, tools and process
- Project management
- Extensive knowledge of welding and metalworking
- Knowledge in machining process
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, from design to delivery
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor (if required)
- Create production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise employees, including setting work schedules and assigning tasks
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other requirements instructed or allotted by the Management.
