Key Responsibilities:

Time and Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance, including clocking in and out, and accurately record hours worked.

Timesheet Management: Collect, review, and process timesheets, ensuring they are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, leave accruals, overtime, and any other relevant data.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements regarding work hours, breaks, and overtime.

Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to provide accurate and timely information for payroll processing.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on attendance, overtime, and other related metrics as requested by management.

Communication: Effectively communicate with employees regarding timekeeping policies, procedures, and any changes or updates.

System Maintenance: Utilize timekeeping software or systems to accurately record and manage employee attendance data.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or issues related to timekeeping records or attendance.

Training and Support: Assist employees in understanding timekeeping processes and provide training and support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using timekeeping software or systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping and attendance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures.
Experience in a similar role or HR/payroll administration is preferred.
