We require urgent need in Cleaning & Maintenance company in Bahrain.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager / Operation Manager to control all business operations around in Bahrain. You will be the highest ranking manager in the organization and will be responsible for the overall success of the business.

Manage cleaning maintenance operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery. Make sure first safety measures during cleaning operations on site. Facilitate budget planning for smooth flow of operations. Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.

Provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.

Holding Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years experience in Bahrain.

Having a good knowledge of Tender related work, quotation submitting in Ministry high level and other local company in Kingdom of Bahrain.

Must knowledge with Bahraini market, Private hospital, Bank & private Finance sector.
Effective communication and people management skills.

Comfortable working in fast paced environment. Having a good knowledge with compute skills.

Holding valid Driving license with valid LMRA work permit.
