Description

Mechanic should be able to perform a quality PM, CM or BDN as per company standard.
Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
Inspect machines, engines, transmissions, axel etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems. Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components.
Replenish fluids and components of engines, transmission, axle and
machinery.
Diesel mechanic should be able to diagnosis the engine fault, dismantle the parts, replace the parts, setting of parts and assembly of engine.
Mechanic should be able to diagnosis the transmission fault and overhauling also able to work and overhauling of axle, chassis, differential etc..
Mechanic should be able to diagnosis the hydraulic fault and able to replace or repair the valve, pumps, fittings, hoses, cylinder, etc.…
Mechanic should be able to diagnosis the pneumatic fault and able to replace or repair the valve, brake chamber, fittings, hoses, compressor etc.…
