Position Overview :

As an Interior Design and Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our hydroponic systems. From editing CAD files to coordinating with sub-contractors and supervising assembly and testing, you'll be the linchpin that ensures our products are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities :

1. CAD File Editing :

- Utilize your proficiency in CAD software, especially Solidworks, to edit and modify design files.
- Ensure that CAD files align with project specifications and design requirements.
- Collaborate with the design freelancers to implement changes and enhancements as needed.

2. Communication and Coordination :

- Act as a central point of contact between the design team and external sub-contractors.
- Facilitate smooth communication channels, ensuring that information flows seamlessly between all parties involved.
- Manage exchanges and clarification processes related to interior design aspects, addressing queries and providing necessary information promptly.

3. Solidworks File Supervision :

- Oversee the creation and delivery of Solidworks files to sub-contractors, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that Solidworks files align with the overall project vision and specifications.
- Conduct regular reviews of Solidworks files to identify and address any potential issues or improvements.

4. Assembly Oversight :

- Work closely with electricians and plumbers during the assembly phase of hydroponic systems.
- Ensure that the assembly process adheres to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to find effective solutions.

5. Testing and Commissioning :

- Lead the testing and commissioning phase, overseeing the functionality and performance of hydroponic systems.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to validate the reliability and efficiency of the assembled systems.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any defects or issues identified during the testing phase.

6. General Requirements :

- Apply your proven experience in interior design and project coordination to ensure the successful execution of all responsibilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration among team members and external partners.
- Maintain a keen eye for design aesthetics, contributing to the overall visual appeal of the hydroponic systems.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in interior design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Solidworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Good knowledge of electric and plumbing principles
- Valid Bahrain driving license
