Description

• Preparation and finalization of accurate monthly, quarterly, yearly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash
flow statements in a time bound manner.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and costing activities.
• Ensure Risk Management procedures.
• Develop & implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls.
• Monitor & analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources
while implementing a high level of accuracy.
• Reconciliation of various statements and petty cash management.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the
workflow of the department.
• Facilitate annual audit by external auditors.
• Check sales invoices and ensure the quantity and prices and enter related transaction in the
system.
• Making payments to the suppliers.
• Prepare cheques, credit notes, debit notes etc.
• Submit various reports to the banks as required.
• Ensure that the daily, monthly and quarterly Bank activities are performed in a timely and
accurate manner i.e LC’s TT, Bonds etc.
• Following up on debtors for effective credit control.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Following up with suppliers/shipping companies/clearing agents for import goods clearance.
• Organize board meetings and annual general meetings of the shareholders.
• Perform HR activities (LMRA, GOSI and other regulatory authorities) i.e Apply visa, Mobility etc.
• Renew CR, CPR, Insurance policies.
• Preparation of monthly salaries and upload in bank website.
• Maintain Server, Network, IT- Services and take back up to safeguard company’s data.
• Update software as and when required.
• Regular visit to Warehouse and Stock taking.
• Collaborate with other department managers to support overall department goals and
objectives.
