Building Facilities Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Al-Hidd for a Building Facilities Manager. The Building Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and repairs of buildings and facilities. The individual will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and creating and implementing maintenance schedules.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in facility management, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and management or facility management
Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, safety and security systems
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Excellent organisational, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
